Returns & Cancellations

Returns:

Returns and Refunds are very much possible on website www.sahityabhawan.co.in  except under some circumstances. If you are not satisfied with the product or your purchase, you may return the items back to Sahitya Bhawan. Return requests will be accepted if made according to the following terms. 

1. Any physical book/Paperback Book ordered need to be returned within 7 Days of delivery. A return can be initiated for a partial quantity also.
2. Digital contents such as ebooks/OSDS/Online Tests are non-refundable/non-returnable.

All items returned must be unused and in their original condition.

 To proceed with the return process follow the below mentioned steps

1. E-mail us at info@sahityabhawan.co.in or contact us 8958500021
2. You will receive an email explaining you the complete return process and initiating the same for your order. In return process against cancellation of order (in special cases), the shipping charges will not be refunded. Refund will be made for the product cost only.
3. After receiving this email, ship the product(s) to the address as informed to you. The courier cost incurred in returning the process will be bear by customers only.
4. We would process your refunds within 2 weeks of receipt of the returned products. The amount will be refunded in the same account with which order was made.

Defective/Wrong Products:

In case of defective/wrong products, please contact info@sahityabhawan.co.in and we’ll make sure you receive the right product.

Cancellations:

How to Cancel an Order on www.sahityabhawan.co.in

Step-by-Step Instructions for Customers:

1. Option 1: Cancel from Your Account (Before Dispatch)

• • Visit www.sahityabhawan.co.in.
  • Login using your registered email and password.
  • Go to “My Orders” section.
  • Locate the order you wish to cancel.
  • If the order status shows “Processing” or “Pending Dispatch”, click on “Cancel Order” button.
  • A confirmation will appear. Confirm cancellation.
    Note: If the order is already dispatched, cancellation through the website is not available.

2. Option 2: Cancel via Email (Recommended in All Cases)

• • If you face any issue or prefer a manual method, send an email to buyer@sahityabhawan.co.in

Refund Policy:

• If order is cancelled before dispatch, 100% amount is refunded.
• If order is already dispatched, refund is processed after deducting actual shipping charges.
• Refund is processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchange of the products:

Please be attentive while buying the products. Exchange is limited to some circumstances 

Physical books are exchanged if the request has been sent within 10 Days of delivery

Final decision related to exchange of digital products is ultimately lies with Sahitya Bhawan in case of wrong purchase done by the customer.
