Professor B. L. Fadia, former Professor and Head, Department of Political Science & Public Administration, JaiNarain Vyas University, Jodhpur is known for his specialisation in ‘Indian Government and Politics’ and ‘Public Administration’ in particular. He has written several books, including, ‘Pressure Groups in Indian Politics’, ‘State Politics in India’ {two volumes), ‘Indian Government and Politics’, ‘Sarkaria Commission Report and Centre-State Relations’, ‘Reviewing the Indian Constitution’, Indian Administration’ and ‘Higher Civil Services in India’. He is a regular contributor to learned journals and is the author of more than fifty research papers/articles.

Dr. Kuldeep Fadia, Gold Medalist in M. A. Political Science, holds M.Phil. and Ph.D. Degrees and also qualified NET (UGC) and SLET (RPSC). He is the author of ‘Reorganisation of India’s Federal Polity’ and is actively engaged in teaching and research. His scholarly articles have been recently published in the Indian Journal of Public Administration, LOK PRASHASHAN (quarterly journal of IIPA) as well as in the Journal of Constitutional and Parliamentary Studies. At present he is Associate Professor, Department of Political Science, Government Meera Girls
